HydraFacial Treatment Customized for You to Promote Clearer Skin
HydraFacial is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines extraction, hydration cleansing, antioxidant protection and exfoliation simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with no downtime or discomfort. The treatment is soothing, moisturizing, non-invasive and non-irritating.
HydraFacial is specially formulated to target and combat different skin complaints. It is performed using a vacuum based skin abrasion tip which is loaded with various serums.
The probe removes dead skin cells while bathing the healthy underlying skin with deep cleansing, exfoliating and antioxidant serums meaning that they are worked deep into the skin – exactly where they can take effect.
The serums are clinically formulated to improve the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, acne-prone skin and congested pores and are prescribed according to your needs.
Hydrafacial is ideal for all skin types and targets hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, oily and congested pores. There are four steps to hydrafacial process. The first step is cleaning and exfoliation. The esthetician uses a small deplaning tool that opens the pores and sweeps the dead skin and makeup debris away. The second step is an acid peel. The glycolic/salicylic acid peel is gentle enough that it only creates the faintest tingle. Most glycolic peels leave your skin stinging for a few minutes until washed off, but not this one. The third step is extractions. Instead of performing manual extractions, the technician uses something rather elaborately called a vortex-extraction nozzle that acts as a vacuum. The last step is the serum application. This step uses the vortex-fusion tool, which infuses an antioxidant-and-collagen-rich serum into the skin to promote elasticity and hydration.
The HydraFacial is a serum-based resurfacing system. There is an assortment of proprietary serums consisting of antioxidants, vitamin-infused hyaluronic acid AHA/BHA acids and peptides. The serums used during the facial depend on skin conditions and type. The procedure employs two types of exfoliation: a gentle version of crystal-free microdermabrasion and a mild, pneumatic chemical peel. Skin is hydrated throughout the facial with water infused with vitamins and antioxidants dispensed from a wand connected to the system. Each step in the facial uses a different HydroPeel tip attached to the wand. The resurfacing tip is placed directly on the skin’s surface and physically exfoliates the skin while simultaneously delivering active serums to chemically exfoliate.
