Gift Certificates & Service Packages
All gift certificates, prepaid services, and service packages are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift certificates and packages may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Product Returns
We accept returns on most retail products within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is:
- Unopened
- In original sealed packaging
- In resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety standards.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved and qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to the original form of payment.
If you are expecting a refund but do not see it reflected:
- Check your bank or credit account again — processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take several business days before a refund officially posts.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for processing on our end.
